Why I did it
Update the port_config.ini file for the Nokia IXR7250e platform. The role of the Inband port should be "Inb' and add recycle port.
How I did it
Modify the port_config.ini file to change the role of the Ethernet-IB0 and Ethernet-IB1 to "Inb". And also add the recycle port support
How to verify it
On Nokia-IXR7250E-36x400G platform, verify /usr/share/sonic/device/x86_64-nokia_ixre7250e_36x400g-r0/Nokia-IXR7250E-36x400G/0/port_config.ini and ../1/port_config.ini file with the following definition for port Ethernet-IB0 and Ethernet-IB1:
